What Makes FitRx Different

Big classes are loud, crowded, and nobody notices if your form is off. Here, somebody notices.

01

Built By Our PTs

Our physical therapists build your programming and work directly with your coach, so it fits a body that's been around a while, including old injuries. Not random workouts. A plan.

02

Four People. That's It.

Your coach can see what you're doing, tell you when it's off, and show you how to fix it. You're not lost in a crowd of 20.

03

Heavier, On Purpose

The work gets a little harder as you get stronger, so you're not stuck doing the same light dumbbell routine forever. We plan around recovery and hormonal changes too.

04

Accountability That Works

Show up. Do the work. Get stronger. With only 4 spots per class, you'll be missed if you skip. That's the point.

How It Works

Five steps, no guesswork.

01

Assessment

We see where you're starting: strength, mobility, old injuries, and anything that bugs you when you work out. You don't have to be in shape to start. That's what this is for.

02

Join a Group

A small class led by a coach who knows your name and your goals.

03

Progressive Training

Structured programming that builds on itself week to week. You're not repeating the same workout forever.

04

PT Support

Your physical therapists and coach communicate regularly to adjust programming based on your progress and needs.

05

Get Stronger

Show up, lift a little heavier over time, and notice what gets easier: stairs, suitcases, the stuff you used to ask someone else to carry.

You can't out-cardio hormonal changes

Hormonal changes affect your muscle, your bones, your metabolism and your recovery. Losing strength after menopause is common. It's not a done deal. Muscle responds to training at any age, so let's give it the right training.

Yes, we're going to mention your pelvic floor

Leaking when you lift isn't a reason to lift less.

More weight and more impact ask more of your pelvic floor. If you leak, feel heaviness, or your back or hips start complaining, that's useful information, not a sign to stop. Tell your coach. They work hand in hand with our physical therapists, so we can adjust your training and, if you need more help, get you in with one of our PTs.

What FitRx Addresses

What you're actually training for.

Build and Maintain Muscle Mass

Critical for metabolism, strength, and independence as you age.

Support Bone Density

Weight-bearing exercise is your best defense against osteoporosis.

Improve Body Composition

Not about getting smaller. About getting stronger and healthier.

Decrease Fall Risk

Balance, stability, and functional strength keep you moving confidently.

Support Heart Health

Strength training isn't just for muscles. It's cardiovascular protection too.

Train for Real Life

Carry the groceries in one trip, get the suitcase into the overhead bin, and pick up a grandkid who's definitely too big to be picked up.

Lift Without Leaking

Leaking or heaviness when you lift or jump is a sign your pelvic floor needs to be part of the plan, not a reason to lift less. Your coach and our pelvic floor PTs work on it together.

  • You've been lifting on your own and honestly aren't sure it's doing anything.
  • You'd rather be corrected than cheered on.
  • You've got an old injury or surgery that makes you nervous about lifting.
  • You leak or feel heaviness when you lift or jump, and you'd rather fix it than quit.
  • You're ready to show up and do the work, and you like knowing someone will notice if you don't.
Rather we call you?

Get strong. Stay in the game.

Tell us a little about you and we'll reach out to talk through FitRx and set up your assessment. Bring your questions, your old injuries and anything that's been bugging you mid-workout. Nothing is too small or too awkward to mention.
