Dr Brooke is worth her weight in gold plus some. I first saw her 10 month postpartum bc I was experiencing heaviness while running. We fixed that problem, but I continued with her while I was training for a marathon. I had all the tools at home but I didn’t have the true understanding. She taught me from the basics everything from core, pelvic floor, strength training for running and then guided me thru my next pregnancy from start to finish. She changed how I exercise, and there’s honestly not a workout that I get thru without hearing her voice telling me to engage my core. She’s the best and I’m glad I get to call her my therapist and my friend now too!

Loved my experience with PeakRx to heal after two C sections. Brooke is a great listener and is always seeking ways to improve not only your physical capabilities but your mindset too! You know you’re in good hands when it feels like she has your back and is your biggest cheerleader. I loved her no BS attitude and direct treatment style to get me back to living life pain free and leak free! Would recommend her and her staff to any future/current Mama.

This is long but a true testament to this physical therapy and Ruth Ann who is an angel. I was almost in tears, barely able to walk after working on my feet as a tech at a hospital, and I finally went online and found PeakRx. I've had five kids in less than ten years, my Obs all said "pelvic pain is normal", "it'll go back to normal", well it never went back and even after being two years PP it was in the same pain as ever! I went to multiple chiropractors, I went online desperately searching for stretches, after that shift in the hospital where I could barely walk to my car I said "physical therapy it is!" When I tell you how skeptical I was for doing exercises, very focused, but overall low impact excercises paired with some focused stretches....I was worried it wasn't going to relieve the pain like the other things I tried. But each week I felt an improvement, I was more aware of things like walking and how I engaged my core just doing everyday things, and began using muscles I've been neglecting that Ruth Ann advised, and I stuck with it. After the 5th session, I worked seven shifts in a row at the hospital and ZERO pain! None! I was honestly amazed and now our final sessions are focused on ensuring the pain doesn't come back even if I exercise hard or take on a large workload at the hospital. PeakRx is amazing and Ruth Ann is a life saver. It's amazing to be able to walk around at work and do workouts and not be in pain! This place will change your life! I recommend to everyone!
